END THE STIGMA! I am not ashamed to take anti-depressants, it is not a lazy option and doing what's right for me is what matters ✨️

🐾🐶When I first got Arlo her sweet and calmin

🐾🐶When I first got Arlo her sweet and calming nature made me want to see if she could help assist me getting back into crowded spaces after lockdown, but when I saw how well she supported folks around us, just cheering them up and making their day I'd bring her with me to our weekly Ours/Us/We workshops and Arlo loved it, just as the young people did🥹🏳️‍🌈

To her it was just more people to have fun with! So we recently trialled a bigger and over 18+ workshop with @nusufemsoc and it went so well! So wanted to do a few more and donate portions of each workshop to the amazing animal charities around the North-East. Arlo herself was adopted and brought so much joy, so it's only right to give back! 🐾🐶 (Also a good excuse for Arlo to cuddle as many ppl as possible 😂😂)

✨️How to use pronouns!✨️ for me personally

✨️How to use pronouns!✨️ for me personally I equate my existence to the universe, feeling vast and expansive, there's so much we still yet need to know about the universe and in doing so we learn more about ourselves, this is what it's like for me, everday I'm learning more about myself 🥰 I thought I'd make an illustration of examples of how pronouns can be used, and how they don't always connect to our outward appearance. That's the beautiful thing about it, we get to define who we are! Hope this helps!
