It’s Autumn now (best season btw, Winter in second because that’s my birthday season, CHRISTMAS and NEW YEARS which means food😍😍😍) which means it’s kinda the season of beginnings. A lot of people say Spring is, which is true because everything is new and living but for me Autumn is the beginning.
People have started a new level of education, finished Freshers Week and properly starting Uni, some maybe starting new jobs, TV shows are returning, everybody’s pregnant (I really don’t know what’s going on with that last one but literally everyone famous is right now…) anyway it’s a fresh-ish start for a lot of us, which can also mean a lot of unknown things and new experiences. For some of us this may evoke anxiety and stress from the work load or just the new things going on. We feel this way because we have no control over the future or we have no idea what tomorrow holds, and that’s okay 😊 sometimes there’s only so much planning you can do, but it’s best to take everyday as it comes💫.
In times like these, it’s important to have good people around you, that you can always talk to and also have some form of release that works for you. For some people it’s drawing, for others running or maybe binge-watching Netflix etc. But you’re a unique individual which means your situation and emotions are completely your own. Which also means you also need to find a solution that fits just you. For this blog post however, I’m showing what works for me every time, it might work for you, but remember it has to be something that you know will work for you. I literally have no idea why looking at Tiny Food is such a calming element for me but it just is 😂😂
So sit back and enjoy tiny food.
